Question 1

Is bingo cards.io free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Free plan includes 800+ free printable cards (12 of them hand-designed), 2 AI generations, printing up to 10 unique cards per batch and live games for up to 8 players. Premium templates, credit packs, bundles and the Plus and Pro plans are optional.

Question 2

Do I need an account?

Accepted Answer

To make cards, yes: a free account lets the editor open your templates and keep track of what you own. Players joining a live game never need an account. They just open the link and type a name.

Question 3

Can I use my own words or pictures?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Type your own words into any card. Uploading images and importing your own word lists are part of Plus and Pro. You can also make classic number bingo: 30, 75, 80 or 90-ball.

Question 4

How does the AI card generator work?

Accepted Answer

Describe your event in the prompt box on the home page and press the sparkle. The AI drafts a title, squares and a matching design; you preview it, then open it in the editor to change anything. Free includes 2 generations, Plus 100 a month and Pro 250 a month. More on AI limits.

Question 5

What's the difference between free and premium templates?

Accepted Answer

The library has 800+ printable cards, free to customize and print. On top of that there are 48 hand-designed templates in 12 occasions: 12 are free for everyone, and the other 36 are premium, costing 1 or 2 credits each or coming with Pro or a bundle. Every card is fully editable either way.

Question 6

What do I actually own?

Accepted Answer

Templates you buy with credits, get in a bundle, or redeem with a Plus monthly unlock are yours forever, even if you never subscribe or later cancel. Pro gives you the whole premium library while you're subscribed. Owning a template means you can keep using it to make cards; the design's copyright stays with us. See Licensing.

Question 7

How do credits work, and do they expire?

Accepted Answer

One credit is worth about $1. Packs are Starter (5 credits, $5), Creator (12 credits, $10) and Event Pack (26 credits, $20). Purchased credits never expire. We sell packs rather than $1 charges because card fees would eat about a third of a single dollar.

Question 8

What are bundles?

Accepted Answer

Curated sets of templates around a theme, like a haunted house party or a classroom toolkit, for $4.99 each. You own every template in the bundle permanently. Browse bundles.

Question 9

Will every printed card be different?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each card in a batch is shuffled separately. Add more items than the grid has squares for even more variety. Turn on card numbers to tell cards apart, and add a caller card to run the game.

Question 10

What paper sizes and layouts can I print?

Accepted Answer

Letter, Legal, A5, A4, A3 and A2, with 1, 2 or 4 cards per page. Print straight to a printer, or choose Save as PDF in the print dialog. Batches go up to 10 unique cards on Free, 500 on Plus and 2,000 on Pro.

Question 11

How do players join a live game?

Accepted Answer

Share the game link or 6-character code by WhatsApp, email or any chat app. Players open it in their phone's browser, type a name and get their own card. Nothing to download. Up to 8 players on Free, 50 on Plus and 200 on Pro.

Question 12

Can I use the cards for a paid event or fundraiser?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can print and play our templates at events where you charge entry or raise money. You can't resell the templates themselves or sell printed cards as a product. The details are in Licensing.

Question 13

What do Plus and Pro cost?

Accepted Answer

Plus is $8.99 a month or $71.99 a year, and Pro is $19.99 a month or $159.99 a year. Paying yearly saves 33%. Compare plans.

Question 14

What happens if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Cancel any time from the billing portal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to Free. Everything you bought or unlocked stays yours, and so do your unspent credits. Pro library access ends with the subscription. Details.

Question 15

Do Plus monthly unlocks roll over?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Plus gives you 10 premium template unlocks a month. Unused ones roll over, up to a balance of 60, for as long as you stay subscribed. Templates you've redeemed are yours forever.

Question 16

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Duplicate charges and purchases that didn't work are always refunded. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days if no credits have been spent. Subscriptions aren't refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires. See the Refund policy or contact billing support.
