The rules of the game.

Who we are

bingo cards.io (“we”, “us”) is a service for making bingo cards, printing them and hosting live bingo games. It is operated by [Company legal name and address]. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

These terms work together with our Privacy policy, Refund policy, Licensing terms and Cookie notice.

Your account

• You need an account to create cards and buy anything. Players who join a live game don't.
• You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
• Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person per account. Don't share logins or create accounts to get around plan limits.
• Tell us straight away at hello@bingocards.io if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Purchases & subscriptions

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are shown before you pay, and taxes may be added where they apply.

One-time purchases

Credit packs and bundles are one-time payments. Bundles give you permanent use of every template they include, under our licensing terms.

Subscriptions

• Plus and Pro are billed monthly or yearly, in advance.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the price then in effect, until you cancel. We'll tell you in advance before any price change applies to you.
• You can cancel any time from the billing portal in Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account moves to Free.
• What you keep after cancelling: templates bought with credits, templates from bundles, Plus monthly unlocks you've redeemed, and your unspent credits. Access to the Pro premium library and any unredeemed Plus unlocks ends with the subscription.
• Plan limits (AI generations, print batch sizes, live game player counts) are listed on the pricing page.

Refunds are covered by our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law.

Credits

• Credits are used to unlock premium templates. Premium templates cost 1 or 2 credits.
• Purchased credits never expire.
• Credits have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money (except under our Refund policy), and can't be transferred to another account or sold.
• If credits are added to your account by mistake, or through fraud or a chargeback, we may remove them.

Templates

Our templates (designs, artwork and word lists) are owned by us or our licensors. When you buy, unlock or get access to a template, you get a license to use it to make and play bingo games. You don't get ownership of the design itself. What you can and can't do is set out in our Licensing terms; in short, play with them freely, but don't resell or redistribute the templates.

Your content & uploads

• You own the words, images and cards you create. We don't claim them.
• You give us permission to store, process and display your content only as needed to run the service for you, for example to show your cards, print them and send them to players in your live games.
• Only upload content you have the right to use. Don't upload other people's photos, logos or artwork without permission.
• If we receive a valid complaint that your content infringes someone's rights, we may remove it.

AI-generated content

• The AI generator sends your prompt to an AI model provider to draft a card. Don't include personal or sensitive information in prompts.
• AI output can be wrong, repetitive or unsuitable for your audience. Review every card before you print or share it. You're responsible for what you publish.
• As between you and us, you can use the cards you make with AI on the same basis as any other card you create. Other people may get similar output for similar prompts.
• Each plan includes a set number of AI generations, shown on the pricing page.

Acceptable use

Please don't use bingo cards.io to:

• create or share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that targets a person or group;
• run gambling or games of chance for money where that isn't legal where you are. You're responsible for following local rules on prize games and raffles;
• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or privacy;
• scrape, copy or bulk-download our templates, or resell access to the service;
• interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or get around plan limits or payment;
• send spam, including through game invites.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Where it's reasonable, we'll warn you first and explain why.

Live games

• Anyone with your game link or code can join while the game is running, up to your plan's player limit. Share it only with the people you want to play.
• Player names you and your players type are shown to everyone in that game. Players should use a first name or nickname.
• As host, you're responsible for how your game is run, including any prizes and the rules you set.
• Live games depend on everyone's internet connection. We can't guarantee that a game will never drop.

Availability & liability

We work hard to keep bingo cards.io running and your cards safe, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, pause or retire features. If we ever retire something you've paid for, we'll give you reasonable notice and, where appropriate, a refund or an equivalent.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as a cancelled event or lost profits), and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time. To delete your account, contact us (see how deletion works). We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms. If we close your account without good reason, we'll refund any unused credits.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects you, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be handled by the courts of India, unless the consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
