Bowling bingo

Bowling Bingo takes the excitement of the alley and rolls it right into a game of bingo. It’s perfect for bowling enthusiasts, friends’ night out, or family fun, combining the thrill of bowling with the joy of bingo. This game focuses exclusively on actions and events that happen during a bowling game. So, lace up those bowling shoes, grab your favorite ball, and get ready to strike, spare, and bingo!

How to play bowling bingo

Setting up the game: Preparing for a strike

Before you start, each player needs a bingo card with bowling actions like “Strike,” “Spare,” “Gutter Ball,” “Split,” “Two Strikes in a Row,” and other common bowling outcomes. You can easily create these cards using bingo cards.io for a customized experience.

At the bowling alley: The pin challenge

• Rolling into action: As you play your standard game of bowling, keep an eye on the bingo card.
• Alley call-outs: Mark off actions on your bingo card as they happen – a strike, a spare, or the dreaded gutter ball.
• Bingo on the lanes: The first player to complete a row or pattern shouts “Bingo!” Maybe they win an extra game or a round of snacks.

Family bowling night: The home alley

• Mini-bowling setup: If you’re at home, set up a mini bowling game. Even improvised pins and a ball can work.
• Family frame-by-frame: As family members bowl, mark off the actions that match your bingo card.
• Home alley hero: The winner could get to pick the next family game or be spared from chores for a day.

Virtual bowling bash: The online strike

• Digital roll: Use a video game console or an online bowling game and play together virtually.
• Streaming strikes and spares: Call out your virtual bowling achievements and mark them on your bingo cards.
• Cyber bowling champ: The virtual bingo winner could earn online bragging rights or a future favor.

Bowling league fun: The competitive twist

• League night special: Introduce Bowling Bingo as a fun side-game to your regular bowling league nights.
• Competitive rolls: Mark off actions during the league play, adding an extra layer of fun to the competition.
• Trophy for the bingo winner: Perhaps the winner gets their name on a special Bingo Champion plaque in the alley.
