Run a printed game: caller card and card numbers
Use the caller sheet to call squares fairly and card numbers to check winners quickly.
Updated
Two print options make a paper game run smoothly. The caller card is a sheet listing every item in play (or every number, for traditional bingo). Card numbers put a small number in the bottom-right corner of each card so you can tell cards apart.
Before you start
- A card ready to print. See How do I print a card?.
Steps
- In the Print step, turn on Include a caller card and Add numbers to each card.
- Optional: turn on Include instructions to add a rules sheet for players.
- Print. Keep the caller sheet for yourself.
- To call, cut the caller sheet into slips and draw them from a bowl, or call in a random order and tick each item off as you go.
- When someone shouts bingo, read back their marked squares against your ticked list.
Card numbers are handy for prizes and re-prints: note the number of each winning card, and you'll know if a card is being reused.

Troubleshooting
The caller card is empty
For Custom cards the caller card lists your items, so add words or images in Setup first.
