How to use our bingo caller
Call numbers for a paper game with the free online caller, or run the call board in a live game.
Updated
There are two ways to call a game, depending on whether your players have paper cards or play on their phones.
Calling a paper game: the free online caller
The online bingo caller draws numbers at random, never repeats one, and keeps the board of called numbers on screen. It needs no account and no card.
- Open the caller for your game: 75-ball (the US classic), 90-ball (UK-style), 80-ball or 30-ball.
- Start the game and draw the first number.
- Read each number out, and draw the next one when the room is ready.
- When someone calls bingo, check their card against the called numbers on screen.
- Start a new game to clear the board.
Put the caller on a TV or projector so players can catch up on numbers they missed.
Calling a word or picture game
For Custom cards, print a caller card with your cards: it lists every item in play. Cut it into slips and draw them from a bowl. See Run a printed game.
Calling a live game
- Start a live game from the editor with Play online. See How do I start and host an online bingo game?.
- On the call board, press Next call. The number appears on every player's phone at the same moment.
- Keep an eye on the CALLS, PLAYERS and WINNERS counters at the top.
- When a player presses Bingo!, review the claim and declare the winner. See Check a Bingo claim.
- Press Finish to end the game, or Restart for another round with the same players.
