How credits work
Credit packs, what a credit buys, and why credits never expire.

Credits are how you buy premium templates one at a time. One credit is worth about a dollar, and premium templates cost 1 or 2 credits.

Why packs instead of $1 at a time? Card payments carry a fixed fee, and on a single $1 charge that fee eats roughly a third of the price. Packs keep each template cheap.
The rules
- Purchased credits never expire. Use them next week or next Halloween.
- Templates you unlock with credits are yours forever, even if you never subscribe.
- Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred to another account.
- Unused packs can be refunded within 14 days if you haven't spent any credits from them. See Request a refund.
Steps
- Go to Your credits to see your balance and buy a pack.
- Pay through Stripe's secure checkout. You're returned to the site when it's done.
- Your balance updates once Stripe confirms the payment, usually within a few seconds.
- Spend credits from any premium template's page.
Troubleshooting
I paid but my balance hasn't changed
Refresh Your credits after a minute. If it still hasn't updated, check Orders and then contact billing support with the date and amount. We'll sort it out.
I was charged twice
Duplicate charges are always refunded. Contact billing support and we'll reverse the extra one.
