What happens when I cancel?

You can cancel any time from the billing portal: go to Billing and manage your subscription. Nothing is deleted when you cancel.

What you keep

• Every template you bought with credits or got in a bundle.
• Every Plus monthly unlock you redeemed. Once unlocked, it's yours for good.
• Your unspent credits. Purchased credits never expire.
• Your cards. You can always open and edit your cards by hand.

What changes at the end of your billing period

• Your plan stays active until the period you've paid for ends, then you move to Free.
• On Pro, access to premium templates you didn't buy ends with the subscription.
• On Plus, unredeemed monthly unlocks (including rollover) are no longer available.
• AI generations, batch sizes and live player limits go back to the Free levels, and the brand mark returns on new cards.

Thinking of cancelling because the price is wrong for how often you play? Credit packs never expire, and bundles are a one-time $4.99. Many occasional hosts don't need a subscription at all.

Refunds

Cancelling stops future renewals. It doesn't refund the current period, except where the law requires it. See the Refund policy.
