How do I find my invoices and payments?

See every purchase in Orders, and download invoice PDFs for subscriptions from the billing portal.

Every payment is processed by Stripe, and Stripe emails a receipt each time. You can also find them in your account.

See all your purchases

Sign in and go to Orders.
Every credit pack, bundle and subscription payment is listed with its Date, Description, Amount and Status.
Match the payment you're looking for by its date and amount.

First check you're signed in to the account that made the payment. If it still doesn't appear, contact billing support with:

The email address on the account.
The approximate date and amount.
The last 4 digits of the card, if you have them. Never send the full card number.
